Shipping Coverage

With our shipping partner, Australia Post, we currently ship throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Where available we also use our courier network to expedite delivery.

Shipping Costs

Australia: $7.95 AUD flat rate per order
New Zealand: $4.95 AUD flat rate per order.
(New Zealand shipping is subsidised by us to keep rates low for our customers.)

Please note we offer Free Shipping to all customers when 2 or more products are purchased.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number during this time.

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed shipping takes approximately 4-7 business days depending on location.

Please note, occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to Australia Post network conditions.
